Ben Weaver is the principal and primary consultant for The Weaver Group. He is third generation in the glass industry and has experience in all facets of the glass business – auto glass, glass fabrication, residential and commercial glazing. He has spent over a decade actively managing retail glass locations and has 20 years in the industry from positions of glazier helper to General Manager.
Ben combines detailed product and process knowledge with over a decade of experience in glass-related human resources and marketing. As a young professional that is positioned on the shoulder generation sometimes referred to as the Xennials, he is positioned between Gen X and the Millenials. He is uniquely able to relate to traditional business models, mature target demographics and marry them to the new developments of the digital age and the modern marketing and human resource environment.
Ben enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, sports, church activities, and time with family when not working. He has been blessed with a wonderful wife and two lovely daughters and resides in Green Lane PA.
